Sticky Points

I’ve got a new name for problems.

I call them “Sticky Points”.

If you are trying to get somewhere or do something inside of your business, it’s natural for us to think about what we need to do to get there.

But what if the answers to “getting there” are actually found in what is “keeping us here”?

What are the challenges or constraints that are holding you and your business back from accomplishing your dreams?

Look at every aspect of your business.

What are your sticky points? Your people? Your marketing? The way you communicate? The lack of information organization?

There are so many areas that contain sticky points.

The key is to first identify them, and when you find them, use them as starting points for innovating new business models, marketing strategies, operations strategies and value propositions.

Sticky Points are amazing opportunities.
